SALON POLICY

  • All prices listed on our website are an estimate only, All costs will depend on the length, thickness of your hair, as this results in more product used or time needed.
  • Our prices reflect the experience of your Colourist/Stylist.
  • Complimentary consultations are available to give you a personalised package and quote for your hair.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, late arrivals may result in needing to be rescheduled.
  • We send a confirmation out 2 days prior to appointments, we appreciate a prompt confirmation, please call salon if needing to reschedule.
  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Clients who cancel within this time will be required to pay a $50 Cancellation fee and a $50 deposit to rebook their service.
